Along with being a registered clinical counsellor, I am also a school counsellor. I work with young children, teens and adults through solution-focused and holistic approaches. Due to my background as a first generation Canadian and biracial person, I also address cultural issues that arise between children and the expectation of their parents. Family dynamics deeply rooted with our previous ancestors do spill over to the present generation.

 

I'm also most happy to assist those who have romantic relationship questions or have gone through a particularly painful breakup. We don't always have to discuss trauma with a capital T. I'm also down to discuss why so and so didn't call or text you back.
